The Home Staging Process

We hand-select all furniture and accessories specific to each property's needs, curating a design that is attractive to the majority of buyers. 

For occupied properties, we can work around the existing furniture if it cannot be removed prior to staging or if it is consistent with our style.

We have a Three Room minimum​

For occupied properties, there needs to be three vacant rooms / patios, or the equivalent of three vacant rooms

After you Accept an Offer

  • Provide 10 days' notice before your closing date

  • Confirm a Destage Date

  • Complete the destage in 2-4 hours

 

Our team of StagEngineers will carefully pack our inventory, leaving the property the same way we found it.
